    1. How can I send the payment ? We accept T/T 

    2. What is the MOQ ? 100pcs for most of our products.

    3. How do you ship the goods ,and how long does it take ? We usually ship by DHL,UPS,TNT,FEDEX ,it usually takes 3-5 days ,we also accept by air ,by sea ,freight collect and shipping by your China forwarder . Note : bad weather, holidays or hot seasons might cause delay of the delivery.When you choose DHL/UPS/Fedex, please make sure the address is not a remote area, otherwise, there will be an extra charge

    4. How to proceed the order if I have logo to print ? Firstly ,send us the AI logo to make the artwork ,after artwork approval ,we will arrange a sample production ,the next is sample picture or sending sample to you for confirmation ,and then we will move to mass production.

    5. What is the brand of your USB chip ? We usually use Toshiba, Samsung, Hynix ,Micron, Intel chip ,Sandisk,all the chip pass the H2 test.

    6. Can you upload file into the USB ? Yes , deletable and undeletable file are available ,we can also make website pop-up and auto-play your video.
